We are pleased to inform you that, starting from January 1st 2012 MONDOPLASTICO, Busto Arsizio, will acquire the production activities of Europlastic Sud in the site of Ferentino (Frosinone, Italy), through a new company named PLASTISUD FILM.

Our strategy is to consolidate the market presence of Mondoplastico and Plastisud Film thanks to production and sales synergies, bringing some vary important advantages to our clients. The two two companies will benefit from this new relation; they will maintain the same flexibility but will be in a position to strengthen and increase the product portfolio and production capacity.

We will soon be contacting you to define together the benefits of this new cooperation and the improvements to our commercial relationship.
