Mondoplastico is manufacturing by two different processes:

CALENDERING for plasticised PVC films

Mondoplastico has calendering lines (the latest being installed in early 2008) with state of the art controlling systems ensuring excellent pruduct consistency.

These lines run on a continuous basis stopping only for programmed maintenance.

The company is able to produce films from 50 my up to 500 my and widths from 12 mm up to 2500 mm. and has a modern slitting and rewinding department.

EXTRUSION for PP and PE films

Mondoplastico has cast film lines again with modern processing control system.
Thickness range is from 25 my up to 250 my and widths from 12 mm up to 2400 mm.


Our modern slitting and rewinding department is fully equipped to ensure accurate roll cutting, rewinding with different roll lenghts and can supply paper interleaved rolls.
